Stanley Plastics are one of the largest manufacturers in the world of PVHO Acrylic Windows / Viewports for submersibles and pressure chambers and have been manufacturing PVHO Windows for over 50 years.

Offering a full range of precision engineering capabilities on site and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements of ASME PVHO Certification and third party inspectorate, Stanley Plastics are also the only manufacturer to use Transpalite® SS Acrylic.

Transpalite® SS is a high grade cross-linked acrylic that was developed specifically to produce superior viewport and pressure windows.  This advanced acrylic technology results in the highest quality finished product and boasts unmatched clarity and longevity of working life.  Stanley Plastics Viewports are subject to strict inspection and quality control exceeding the stringent requirements of ASME PVHO.  Please see our table showing minimum values issued by ASME versus average values of Transpalite® SS.

Stanley Plastics arrange regular third party inspections of Viewport Windows on behalf of their customers using inspectorate authorities such as American Bureau of Shipping,  DNV GL, RINA, Lloyds Register and Korean Register.
